of course!

You will be strengthening and toning the muscle wall under that pillow.

You will also burn plenty of calories while doing them.

You MUST do them.

Unless you are a troll, then just stay on the couch eating chips. We don't mind being the people you wish you were, but were too lazy to become.

If you have a gut diet and cardio is what you need to lose it, not ab exercises.

That is without a doubt the dumbest thing i ever heard, esspecialy the no need for ab execises part. I can think of a shitload of reasons why core and ab exercises would benefit and go hand in hand with diet and cardio. But hey i guess you're the professional. Just sayin.

How so? everyone has abs at a low bf % and they will develop from compound movements. The last thing you should be worrying about if u have a huge gut is developing mass on your abs.......

and yes everyone likes to try and slate JR but the truth is he does obviously know ALOT about being lean, ab development ect.

But the ab circle pro tells us

On a serious note, cardio isn't imperative, not in the beginning atleast

It's how I got my lat width and thick chest like the guys in the ads!!!

Ohh yeah with only 3 MINUTES A DAY!!!

Used to be annoying but not so much any more. He may be slightly tunnel visioned in some of his opinions but alot of what he say's is still correct

If the average Joe or Jane wanted abs then it would be pointless training abs, even some top pros don't train them and still have a good midsection
