Dale Shepherd, 40, has been found guilty of injuring with intent to injure and is to be sentenced at the Auckland

There are plenty of strong dudes out there who don't beat people up just cause they can...

Everyone gets pissed off at other people on the road but they don't pull them out of the car and beat them.

Reminds me of the guy who pulled the truck driver out and beat him to death with a hammer.

What I find is some people just get crazy behind the wheel and don't think there are any repercussions for what they do. I mean I had a dude with his wife in the passenger seat and new baby in the back seat abusing the shit out of me a couple of weeks ago because he didn't want to wait the 10 seconds it takes me to park my car. Here I am on my way to the gym, jacked on 1mr and fired up for a workout and this guy just being a wank. Then if I punch him in his fat head all of sudden I am in the wrong? Never mind he spent a good 10 minutes calling me a steroid infested monkey blah blah blah with his lovely wife telling me I must be super intelligent because I spend so much time in the gym. So I told them they must be a couple of geniuses picking a fight with someone while they have their baby in the back. And they weren't oddballs, they were in a fancy merc and probably late 30's. I feel sorry for Dale but you got to control your temper!!

LMAO I feel ya man...While they were mouthing off, I bet it was going through your head to just F them both up hahahaha but you're right there, just have to control that temper.
