take all the supps including the jack3d the night before your workout. that way your body has time to absorb and transport them. when you wake up you can get straight into an intense workout and unlock your true anabolic potential

reminds of someone's sig "I like to pre-load all of my supplements for 2yrs before lifting seriously. I feel so vascular and the pumps are INSANE!" lol
