How goes it, I'm an aussie living in pauanui, I've been lifting for the past 3-4 months mainly to get my ass back off the couch and regain my strength.

Stats

Age; 22

Height; 189cm

Weight; 84kg (Haven't checked this recently)

Current Lifts

Dead; 140 (the bar i'm using can only hold 140 worth :/)

Squat; 100 (i have to use a ghetto set up that is pretty dodgy, so i don't trust more than 100kg)

Bench; 85 (more of a close grip bench because the bench i'm using is too small for me...)

Goals for the End of the Month

Dead; 170 (gotta find some heavy chains)

Squat; 2x20x100 (I can manage 2x20x80 but the extra 20kg is killer)

Bench; 100 (gotta really focus because i'm a pretty weak bencher)

The only problem is i might be leaving to work in the snow soon which means i most likely won't be near a gym.

Hey mate. Welcome to the forums. Ghetto setups are all good - my first barbell consisted of two heavy (well, heavy then!) trolley wheels nailed into a bit of wooden dowelling rod. :grin:

Hey mate. Welcome to the forums. Ghetto setups are all good - my first barbell consisted of two heavy (well, heavy then!) trolley wheels nailed into a bit of wooden dowelling rod. :grin:
