tidying form up

Hey guys.

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a PT I should hit up in Shore or West Aux area that would be able to help me out with form, mainly DL and squat, but wouldnt mind tidying up my bench a bit also .

Basically the PT I got at my gym spent a few mins helping me out with squat then seemed like he got bored and moved on to something else.

Im keen to at least get comfortable squatting and DLing small weights just to work up to find out what my 1rm will be, have no clue as I always feel awkward doing it, particularly squatting but so keen to do more of it.

EDIT: Also if anyone could recommend some tips, with squat it's really awkward as I seem to lean forward quite a bit and struggle to push through my heels, seem to lean towards trying to push through my toes, unless I use a wider like sumo stance
