so I am really keen on learning how you fellas ended up increasing your deadlifts other than deadlifting some more.... currently my lifts are

bench 97.5kg x 5

squats 140kg x 5 (starting to feel light so might do 150 next attempt)

deads 140 x 3 (with belt and strap :/ *queue the BUR BUR sound from blues clues*)

going through a few journals it seems like everyone and their dog is doing 180+ ez ...what tips and tricks can some of you fellas give an old bro to increase his deads

Deadlift less.

Heavy deadlifting to often will fry your CNS and make you go backwards. Focus hard on your posterior chain with things like GM's. stiff legs, glute hams, etc Work on form with lighter weights focusing on speed off the floor. Use variations like deficit deads rack pulls, reverse bands etc

There is also an element of luck when it comes to deadlifts in terms of having long arms etc, always a trade off.

140 for a triple is respectable. My deadlift and my squat have always been reasonably close. As your posterior chain becomes stronger I would expect you will also get stronger in both movements.

Best bench gives good advices. Continue to get stronger and be patient. Keep the bar close to your body and use your legs as much as possible.
