soon as u hit that squat pb in the suit, i could see your mind ticking over at the concept 8)

it also provides a huge boost to your lifting morale too, as you wouldve prob noticed, but anyway, deviating from topic slighty :pfft: :pfft:

If you want to see a real deadlift (350kgs+) then you'll be pleased to hear Nick Hansen has now confirmed as an Exhibition Lifter!

2 long flights but we expect a few drop outs or no shows on the day so that should ease the traffic a little. It will be a big day so prepare well.

CBC is fortunate to be located near a Wendys, Maccas, Sushi, Kebab, Noodle King, Roast, Subway, Hells Pizza, Pizza Hut and Dairy outlets - 5 mins walk away and a supermarket a short drive away in case you need topping up.

BBQ, bevvies, celebrations etc will follow directly after the final lift of the day.

Prizegiving will happen during the post match celebrations.

Prizes (mostly supplements that we know you will all use :nod: ) will be alloctated for each weight class along with Overall Male and Female Lifters.

We will also have The "Average Total" Prize and The "Grind Of The Day" prizes.

CBC is easy to find:

At the Top of the Silverdale Hill (opposite Northern Arena) turn left in Whangaparaoa Rd. Follow this till Wendys and Turn left here into Karepiro Dr and take the 2nd right into Dvaid Sidwell Pl. CBC is at the end of the road (sign posted) and up drive - round back. Parking at back and on street.

Reminder - Weigh in from 0800 till 0930

Strictly no late entries - other than Exhibition Lifters :wink:

A little about the comp on the day....

It is a fun, friendly contest but it is just that...a contest. Put yourself to the test in safe enviroment with the support of like minded individuals.

It is a Wanker Free Zone - this needs no explanation

Simple rules will be explained to you on the day and your lifts will be judged by just 1 referee - firm,fair and consistient reffing for the lifter.
