Tape measure around them and they are 16inch, and the guy he trains with with smaller crap arms 19 inch?

The few times I've measured my leg I've done right around the middle ov the teardrop/right at the bottom ov the outer quad. Can't be bothered trying to get a consistent measurement anywhere else.

Its all proportional too. A 30" quad looks insane on someone 5'6 but obviously not so boss on someone 6'2. And proportional to joint size.

I measure around middle (largest point for me).
