Thought I would put this up for anyone looking or needing some motivation.

It annoys me all these fattys in the world that complain they are big boned, they can't lose weight no matter what they do blah blah blah, then go and sit back down with their bucket of KFC and side order of cakes. Always good to see people who have been majorly obese take a good hard look at themselves and really strive to change their lives like this guy has.

He looks in awesome shape now, especially compared to what he was. Wonder if hes got some wicked calves from carrying all that weight around.

In that fatty comedy on tv, where the mum says to her daughter she is "just big boned" and the daughter turns and says "Bones don't jiggle, mom"

This is the truth, laid bare.

You people do not have bones the circumference of coffee cups, ffs.

My wife has put on weight, and she doesn't pull that shit. She knows it is her energy in vs energy out.

If a fat dude has an epiphany and suddenly has the right attitude, owns up to his problem and starts to make it right, why would you want him to stay fat?

I still believe fast food joints should have weigh in stations at the door, "Sorry sir you exceed the maximum weight limit, gtfo!" Although in saying that half their staff would have to be axed as well.

Damn! imagine that. scales under the floor at the door, with digital display with foot high digits.

I am always looking at the scale, why shouldn't they?
