whats the deal on fish oil caps?

or better yet, supplements to boost ur intake of omega's?

ive been on the fish oils for at least 12months, flax seed oil for 12months too.

im also having fresh fish at least once a week, tinned tuna and/or salmon 2 times a week too.

fish oil caps are cheap! but are they all created the same?
