How fast should one expect to grow?

hey yall

In terms of managing calories - I keep a close eye on these and want to continually adjusting these to perfectly meet my needs. My question is how fast should one expect to be growing - and I mean muscle, not fat. If my weight hasn't changed in 4 days, should I up the cals or is this normal.

Question relates to gear obviously.

I dont know as much about gear, but i imagine others would like to know what compounds your on and how long into your cycle are you? just might be info that can help answer such a q'n :grin:

I think number of cycles completed would be relevant though

That would be a real tricky one mate...after 4 days of what? 4 days of a medium ester test? Wouldn't expect any weight gain after just 4 days of a cycle.

If you are taking test prop and/or orals then after 4 days you should definitely see an increase on the scales from the increased plasma volume and intramuscular fluid volume.

not sure - may be up to a few weeks. not all of us are genetic mutations like yourself :grin: I thought blood plasma took a little more time to build.

Yeah this is what I mean - as in, does everyone expect to see growth in a week or a month before looking to change things up.

If I take a good strong fast acting test prop and stanz as a front-load for a decent 10-20 week mass phase... I will gain 3-4kg within the first week and set our to achieve 1kg per week after that for the first 8-10 weeks.

By the end of each big mass phase I aim to have gained 10kg of which 4-5kg will be permanent lean mass.

I do use a lot of compounds to achieve this including HGH and IGF-1. If using moderate doses of quality gear I expect to half those results at quarter of the price!

The initial plasma volume and intramuscular fluid retention will depend on how fast the gear interacts with the receptors and initiates the desired results. The amount of weight gained will depend on the mass you are carrying. A couple of years ago when my comp weight was 80kg, the initial weight increase from fast gear was around 1.5kg in the first week.

I don't think this differs greatly depending on genetics. There isn't anyone I know that wont show gains in the first week from prop, dbol, anadrol suspension etc. Unless the estrogen management is to extreme and is not allowing for the intramuscular fluid retention.
