Curly question

So on my nutrition plan my trainer has put to have complex carbs (brown rice/kumara/pumpkin etc) for lunch and just veg and protein for dinner - what happens if you swap the carbs for dinner and just have the salad/steamed veg for lunch? I try pretty hard to have the 'no carb' evening option but I just want to know how detrimental it is to do it dinner instead of lunch? Especially on cold winter nights!!!

your trainer has structured it this way for a reason and the reason is if you have carbs with dinner which is more often than not close to bed time your body is more likely to store the energy from the carbohydrates as fat as opposed to burning them up during the day when eaten at lunchtime.

Okey dokey - just wanted the science behind it - getting well into the 'miracle' noodles - tasty as with f*ck all in them. Where do you train tom???
