Calories on non training days

Hey fuckers

I need some advice/discussion around eating on non training days. I've posted this twice in nutrition and no one comments, mostly cos we don't really wander down that part of NZBB too often.

So anywayz, what's the recommended protocol with eating on non training days, assuming that said person knows how/is actually eating enough calories normally. Obviously not working out could affect total calorie expenditure by as much as 1000cals in a day, which is fuckloads to be over if you eat your normal amount. Then, on the other hand, our growing does occur on off days too.

Your thoughts?
