How does this sound?My diet modified

Meal 1: 6egg whites, 30gm rolled oats,cinnamon,sweetner.

Meal 2: Shake= 3 scoops, water, ice, essence.

Meal 3: Chicken breast 50z (before cooking), 2 1/2 cups salad, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 potato.

Meal 4: Pancake= 3 scoops 2egg whites 1TBsp flaxseed oil, 30gm rolled oats.

Meal 5: Chicken or steak 5oz, 2 1/2cups stirfry veges, 25gm nuts(brazil)

Meal 6: Shake (as above).

I drink about 5-6 litres of water daily. I probably drink too much diet coke, i love the stuff it fufills my sweet cravings.

So do think this might help me drop some body fat. Let me know if you think this doesnt up my calories or carbs enough. Cheers. :wink:

This looks alot better! With a quick tally i come up with around 1900cals which is alot better. The addition of the cottage cheese and nuts is a good idea. I used beef tenderloin for the second meat serving. That meal alone with the nuts is around 650cals. I think you should go with this diet for now and see how you go.
