Need at least another two servings of good fats bruv (advocado nuts fish oil tabs etc), and don't mix creatine with glutamine as they both compete for same receptor, or so I've read, many will say it don't matter... up to you

Ok so fish oil tabs in morning with a multi vitamin. What are the best nuts?? Maybe I should just add a small mixture of nuts to one of the meals?

Also, on a non-workout day I will not need as many calories right?

Thanks for the advice :D

your diet does look pretty boring to me, do you add any sauce to the chicken with rice etc? almonds and brazilian are good from what ive read, just amke sure oyu dont get roasted and they are natural. Do you like advocados? if so that spread on toast with a squeeze of lemon and cracked pepper is awesome. I would add more fat to more than 1 extra meal IMO.

Re non work out days calories, I would keep it the same.

your not fat, So I would think adding some olive oil here n there is a goody (chemo uses it as lube). Dont be afraid of good fats man.

Nah just had everything plain haha it tasted pretty crap.

Avocado on toast with cracked pepper and worcester sauce is the best... Might add another meal at 7:00am, 2 pieces of wholemeal toast with avocado

Is it ok to add sauces to my meals? Like sweet chilli? Love that stuff :D Maybe add some chicken flavour to the rice?

Or maybe my diet is over complicated? Maybe I should just eat lots of healthy food and not count the calories, just try to make healthy food decisions?
