For the first time this year this event is an open event. It will be open to anyone who wants to enter (you dont have to be a club physical member) .

So if your currently perparing for another comp and just want a little extra stage practice, or you just want to try out competing for the first time then come along and have a go. The club physical competition has been designed for those who want to try competing in a non theatening atmosphere. It is completely independent and is not affiliated with any bodybuilder organisation. I will be on the judging panel so if your a regular on this site come up and say hello.

Oh you should have come upand said hello Android, I was the judge sitting on the futherest right. I think Raphael was sitting pretty much directly behind me.
