Here's some advice to reinforce what others have said.

First: EAT

Second: EAT

Thrid: TRAIN

and when eating and training isn't doing the ob anymore try throwing some supplements in. Supplements are exactly that guys, they supplement a good diet and training program they are not miracle cures.

^real talk

no offense but 85kg @ 193cm u must be one lanky mofo. eat a good diet and start a basic 3x a week weightlifting routine. you will get stronger, bigger, leaner and look way better than if you just try to lose weight doing p90x

Haha yeah, Ive been a lanky mofo my whole life. I have one of those crazy metabolisms that will demolish whatever you throw at it. I used to have a really unhealthy diet, and stayed lanky; but one day a friend pointed out that Im probably gonna die soon from clogged arteries or something. I thought about it and decided to change my diet and get fit.

I have a belly, kinda big thighs, and no upper body whatsoever. I used to do weights 3x a week a couple of years ago WITH protein shakes. I saw no change - but did get a bit stronger.
