Ive seen a few things on youtube. Rolfing i think is the type of massage where they stretch you at the fascia . Supposedly lengthens muscle tissue or something. Makes you gro big like Jay

If you can, you wont regret it and your body will love you for it. I had it done on me for a year as the masseuse was training to earn her qualification in Sports and Therapeutic massage. It was perfect recovery after my heavy sessions in the gym.
