Calorie Intake on non training days

Hey folks,

I'm interested on hearing views relating to calories on non training days. I work at a very sedentary job, so my cal expenditure on days I don't train are way way lower than a training day. If I eat my normal 4500 kcal diet on those days, I may be looking at atleast 1000 cals over. Should i eat less? I understand most growth happens while resting, but how much is excessive?
