Dbol: how do you split it?

Hey guys,

been reading a few threads around the interweb and note that there is a lot of variation regarding Dbol timing.

What interests me is some people say that they prefer to pulse dose preWO rather than split it because they're using it primarily for strength in the gym, and relying on long acting test to deal with blood level consistency.

Sounds good to me - but of course the most typical broscience that floats around it to split it morning and night; some even recommend splitting right down to 5mg doses.

What's your view?

i have done both and found pulsing before workouts to be the most effective. for great workouts and weight gain. just watch your dose and see how you respond as too much can be counter productive with crazy pumps.

what do yous reckon the best time is between dose & training? 2 hours?

It reaches the blood in 1-3hrs & has a half life of about 4 hrs.
