Sick and cant eat

As of monday iv'e contracted some kind of bug and have been sick as a dog with no appetite and in total since monday ive prob had 5000cal all up...... :shock:

great time to happen as training has been going great and weight was climbing well... :?

So haven't trained since sunday night, what i want to know is those who get sick what do you do in this situation? take a good week of gym? how about food intake?

Drink your calories bro.

Protein shakes, Up & Gos etc...

I couldnt eat for two weeks once - must have drank 6-8 Up & Gos a day....still managed to lose a good 5-6 kgs though...

Had food poisoning in the past, didn't f*ck me over like you though. Took time off till I came right and lived of juice and shakes, was all I could hold down

Just relax and dnt eat if u sick. U not gonna lose ur hard erned muscle in the space of a week. Any weight u lose will be back on within a couple weeks

I was sick last week bro. I drank 2L of milk a day, sometimes flavoured, to keep the cals and protein up.

Why sell that one if I was going to sell anything then I would sell my methylphenidate. I once got told that I could sell a scrpt for $500 and each tab for $1 per mg for SA and LA. Sorry you cant have any. I need them.

My training partner is the same. My advice is to just rest and not worry about forcing yourself to eat. Drink lots of fluids blah blah blah. The rest and "clean out" will be a good thing. You will feel small and weak but you will rebound and surpass where you were. Be patient bro and get well.
