After reading this forum for a long time,after I ran the christchurch grand prix thought idd get past my techno phobia.

my name is Richard Parnham

team mtrv8u is my busniess name and show promotions.

myself and my wife Annette gallaher now (Parnham).

we have been competing since 2002 with nabba nz and nzfbb.

We are both 5 x new zealand title holders

3 x asia pacific winners

both got 6th 2004 mr & ms universe spain athletic and figure (Annette figure) :pfft:

2007 Annette won class 2 ms figure & overall ms universe figure

we also won couples mr & ms universe i placed 5th athletic class 2

2010 myself and group of passionate people broke away reunited with Graeme Lansford nabba/wff we ran first show in april that year Annette & myself won our classes and overall titles.

in oct 2010 we traveled to oz and competed in the oz nationals Annette won her class and overall ms australia title i placed 3rd behind Justin Wessals and Abraham.

We have 4 kids olivia ben jamie , zac

I run my personal training business out of cityfitness northwood every 10 weeks out from a show we hold pre- contest seminars posing through to music costume and even baby sit you on the day.

We are starting our next seminar in 5 weeks only $20 per week.
