Creatine after testosterone cycle ?

Recommended Posts

What do you guys think?

Is it worth doing a 6 week cycle of creatine After finishing 14 weeks on test E?

Would the nolva/Aromasin effect water retention and strength gains?

I just cant make up my mind about starting a cycle of creatine to help hold some strength that iv gained.

i was thinking that a cycle of creatine will just delay getting to my natural weight.(waste of time?).

i havent used creatine for over 1 year at least,it use to work ok, but i stopped taking it after finding aas.

does anyone use creatine after aas cycles?

Thanksfor any advice

(no harm in asking aye)

i think the idea of needing to cycle creatine is pretty old school, although others may disagree with me. I was talking to a friend of mine who is a dr about it the other day and he explained how the idea came about, and how it's not true. If you're not having too much of it you shouldn't need to cycle it, but for your wallet size.

Creatine also isn't just or even primarily about water retention. It's about increasing levels of Creatine phosphate in your muscle cells so they can be converted back into ATP faster. Therefore it means more explosive strength and faster recovery times.

I'd go for it mate. Creatine is one of the most proven supplements you can buy.

I guess something that is going to make you feel fuller like an oral is not a bad thing after a cycle. Generally it is a time when our mind plays tricks with the body so any help to feel good cant be bad. Also its a safe & proven product.
