PCT/bridge Begins

This is a continuation from "First decent mass stack with HGH"

The gains from my mass phase were much higher than any other phase I have done in the last 10 years and I am well and truly ready to have a crack at the physique title.

I have tightened my nutrition right up and stepped up the cardio. Have come down to 108kg and intend to drop 1kg per week to 100kg and see where it is sitting.

I am bridging into my pre-comp stack for 5 weeks and will be running:

Testosterone Enanthate - 160mg/week (2 shots)

1mg Arimadex daily

10mg Nolvadex twice daily

25mg Proviron daily (tapering off)

2iu HGH daily on training days.

Saving those for the precomp phase to get maximum effectiveness, along with duramine & ephedrine

Man, what dosage you going to take those? Over 15mg/day and I start to space out. Less body, more mind. Gone are the days in my 20's when 90mg a weekend was a good time.

Why did you chose to do 160mg TestE PW. Is that a sweet spot for you on cruise?

Did a lot of research after last comp with doctor and blood tests every month. 80mg of full strength quality gear twice a week returns me a test level in the very high natural range (37) the range is 8-38

For the most of it the dose will be 30mg Duramine daily. And 30mg ephedrine 3 times daily (90mg) 8)

what are your thoughts on cruise/blast mate?

My doctor has proof that I have naturally low natural testosterone levels so recommends I use an HRT dose weekly anyway...So cruise/blast is just the way I have lived for years

Interesting - I'm loving these posts mate, very informative.

Do you think that 80mg twice per week would bring normal range to most people? Or is it quite and individualised thing?

It is pretty close mate. Depends on lean mass weight vs receptors. A mate at 135gk needs 110mg twice weekly. Another at 120kg needs 100mg twice weekly. So all very relevant to lean mass weight.

sifo how much size and strength do you lose during your cruise???

About 4-5kg of intramuscular fluid. I make sure I do not lose any strength but in truth maybe 10% loss of strength and about 50% loss of overall training aggression :-)

ok.

And do you find that shutdown symptoms begin to reverse with lower dose - like testicular atrophy etc - or is the exogenous test just mimicking natural test levels without allowing them to resurface?

Shut down symptoms "should" not reverse when on HRT dose...but yes they do after 6-8 weeks and at 3months the difference is very noticeable.
