hey just wondering what yous think about calorie ratios for burning fat and gaining muscle?

i heard 40% pro - 20% fat - 40% carb is good to start

my stats are

male

30

87kg

16% body fat

weights 5 days 45 minutes

cardio 55-70% 4 days 30-45 minutes

any help appreciated :pray:
