Your first cycle.

So im keen to hear from a few of you guys on here about your first cycle.

What gear did you use and at what m/g per week?

What was your starting weight?

What was your finishing weight?

Length of cycle?

Pct used? ( What and how long?)

Overall what would you have changed?

Any sides?

What was your diet like?

Just keen to hear a few of your different storys as i am considering taking the plunge into the woderful world of performance enhancers.

Testosterone Enanthate 500mg/wk (divided into two doses of 250mg [1ml])
What was your starting weight?
91kg
What was your finishing weight?
97kg
Length of cycle?
12weeks (if I remember). I saved what remained towards next cycle, which was probably too soon.
Pct used? ( What and how long?)
Nolva, following the standard pct found on any google.
Overall what would you have changed?
Diet. Increase in calories. I now know I wasn't eating enough. I was also only training 3 times a week, due to work and family. I now would increase that, and target calves and forearms more.

Also, a training diary wouldve been wise. I have logged amounts and dates of pinning, but nothing from my thoughts or diet while i was going through it.

Any sides?
Acne on chest and top of shoulders. I never got acne as a teen, so this was new.
What was your diet like?
As said earlier, not good. I was eating well, high protein, but I never ate religiously every 3-4 hours. Work was a bitch. I still put on a good weight, but I may have got to 100 in that first one if I went to 20 weeks and ate more/trained an extra day or 2.

But now I have gone from wanting to be massive, to a leaner & faster design. I have stepped up the sprints and stepped away from the gym to do CrossFit type routines. I now am leaner for sure, and still anabolic, so recovery is under a day. My clothes are now looser, but the girls don't mind the view when naked 8)

I am still heavier than when I started, and look (imo) and feel amazing. Also, the cardio from my new change is a godsend. I wasn't actually that 'fit'. strong and big, yes, but no endurance.

The food will cost more than the gear. If you can't afford to eat twice or more what you do now, then stock up on food until you have enough.

That first was years ago, and I have done 4 since then. Inclusions of Deca, Boldenone, DBOL along the way.

Im going to start a log of my first cycle of Test E for 10-12 weeks at 250mg per week in two shots of (125 ea).

Just thought id let you know as this may be of interest for you to read, since your considering a cycle :nod:

Try this as a good first cycle.

methanodex (Dianabol)40mg – 50mg Each day – Half @ breakfast , Half @ lunch. weeks 1 – 4.

Testosterone Enanthate – 400mg Each week – 1ml/200mg Monday, 1ml/200mg Thursday – weeks 1 – 12.

PCT

Starting at week 15

Clomid Therapy

Day 1 Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Day 6

Week 1 300 mg 100 mg 100 mg 100 mg 100 mg 100 mg

Day 7

100 mg

Week 2 100 mg 100 mg 100 mg 100 mg 50 mg 50 mg

just my 2cents :) .

forgot to add, if your worried bout gyno, you could add proviron weeks 1 - 12, helps with sex drive too, so i've heard. :grin:
