Im NEW* Advise on Kre-Alkalyn

Hi & kiaorana I am cookislnd/caucasian. Aged:19

Lead me through my weeks and progression whilst I take kre-Alkalyn pills.

1 pill before a 20-30 min run/bike every morning.

- weight training straight after than a protien-shake with water than a big nutrition breakfast (eggs, tomatoe, onion, meat......?) (or if full stomach munch on protien bars and almonds.....?)

Repeat that routine in the afternoon.

Double in the intake of kre-alkalyn in the second or third week. With the same routine in the afternoon and a big and healthy dinner and protienshake 2 hours later just before sleep. (1 kre-alkalyn pill before sleep?)

Lots of Advise thankyou people, help me through my progression.

*edit : you seem like you actually want advice so

have some protein when you first wake up before any exercise

dont eat protein bars there crap and full of sugar

whats the dose on those kre alkalyn ? if you have them then use them but dont buy again .

also do you need to load on them ? (2-4 times dose for first week)

its only creatine may as well take full dose to start with so no point doubling intake in 2nd 3rd week.

Hey mate, welcome to NZBB. Before we can offer too much advice, we need to know more about you. What are your stats? (Height, weight, rough idea of body fat?) What are your goals?

As Luigi says, kre-Alkalyn is one of those supplements that talks big, and does little. It has a few fans, but most people think it's a waste of money, and you're better to just buy regular creatine.

But that's ok - I don't know a single bodybuilder who hasn't blown cash on useless supplements (except AgentOrange and Samoan_muscle, obviously!) I've made that mistake, and I'll probably make it again. It's all part of the journey! :grin:
