Hi all just thought id chuck this up ( My first review)lol

Brought this 5 lb (2.2 kgs) tub of protein from my gym I go to and Ive just finished it .

Texture : Its a thick protein and is very nice with super skim/trim etc milk and it mixes well in water as well (ice cold water)

Taste : Chocolate , This was the flavor I had and I think its great,with a banana added its mean !! doesn't leave a nasty taste in your mouth like sum do .Comes in vanilla also and that's a great flavor as too.

Mixes very well in a protein shaker and gets thick in a blender and i have mine in a 400ml pump bottle (1 scoop)

Cost : $95.00 (5 lb tub), works out to be $1.33 scoop a shake with 71 serving in a tub ,$6.50 a shake at the gym with super skim milk /banana .

Serving size : 32g (per Scoop) 24g protein ,5g BCAA ,133 calories ,2g total fat ,4g Total carbohydrates .

Over all I think this protein is great,the only thing i need to watch is how many times i open my tub and take that xtra 1/2 scoop or scoop out cause it tastes good :pfft:

I rate it 4.5/5 id give it a 5/5 if the price was a lil bit less :twisted:
