Gains from insulin

Ur gains are diet related, nutrition most important part. Can be the fastest way to add lbm and also the fastest way to put on 20kg of fat. Chances are if ur a bloated mess with high bp and high LDL, then things won't get better for you. If I ever did again which I probably won't I'd definitly get abit leaner than what I was.

When I have used in past I always felt fuller and though I looked it while using. I remember the first time ever using felt amazing I was pumped all day it felt like. Awesome stuff can be ur death too.

why wouldn't you do it again bro?

did you make sure even outside of the effective life of slin that you were eating extra clean?

I have heard mythical stories of 10kg in a week ect, obviously not all muscle. just keen to hear about the benfits

Yeah bro u wanna eat lotsa clean food on it. Easier said than done I know dnt worry lol. But ull look better for it and much healthier. The last ten weeks or so iv been eating pretty scrict with 2 or 3 sorta bad meals a week. It's alot cheaper, I look better and fe healthier and am healthier. Anyway back to slin topic. The nolvelty soon wears off bro of having to be constantly worrying and planning ur next meal and meal timings to have with each jab. That's my exp anyways maybe I'm just not hardcore enough... Lol

been there and done it and just didn't think it was worth it for the hassle. Plus I would get so pumped everywhere that it difficult to actually train properly if that makes sense. I mean I would do my warm ups for a body part and it would be burning like hell just from that, not to mention my lower back and forearms and every other bloody ancillary muscle.

from the guys out there who have used, what type of gains did u get the first time you used? how much of this was retained after ceasing use. do you experience diminishing returns?

Test and insulin together in just the right doses is the best way to increase lean mass. I get at least a kg out of every decent slin/test cycle. Retention is 100%

Test, Deca & Slin was the old standard. Now the addition of Gh makes everything work even better. Agree tho with Tom that it can be a chore & does not always suit an active & busy lifestyle & that its all about eating correctly to avoid the fat gains. For me its something I might do on a annual basis for 3-4 weeks. By then I'm over it. :D
