Hey guys i've just recently lost a whole lot of weight (mainly bodyfat) over the last few months. Im 75 kgs and 14% bodyfat, 178 cm tall.

I'm trying to build some lean mass now without putting on much fat.

Heres the diet i've just started, please critique it where you think it could be improved!

About 400-450 grams of carbs per day

About 190-220 grams of protein per day

And around 70-90 grams of fats per day (Not 100% sure on my exact fats)

I'm working out five day a week with plenty of rest in between muscle groups, eating at the right times also (breakfast, pre workout and post workout being the key meals)

What do you guys reckon?

Also from your guys experiences with putting on lean muscle during a mass phase, have you generally gone about 20 times your bodyweight in calories (in pounds)

For example, i'm 165 pounds, so theoretically I should be having about 3300 calories a day
