got a 15min section to fill with exercises

its gotta be leg based.

so ive got some plastic bags my group is gunna fill with sand and do lunges,squats etc with sprints

scrambles on all 4's

up and down the dunes

drag ur partner to a point and back

stiff leg deads with the bag full of sand.

the bag will prolly only weigh 5kg or so. im gunna make them do a race to fill them at the start of the session.

jump squats and jumping spit lunges

any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. :nod:

just lower body only

yup assessed PT thingy doing and 60min session

warm up

beach lower body

over sand dunes to a play ground for upper body,plyo's and core exercise

then a flying fox to finish, and some PNF stretching etc

tug of war would be good!

its gotta be simple. im running it. 14-15 'clients' in the group

high fitness levels all around :nod: so plan is to fucking smash it hard!

im gunna make them do a race to fill them at the start of the session.

Have the plastic bags at the top of the dune and they have to fill it from the bottom of the dune by running up with a handful of sand. Unless the dune is massive that'd take ages so maybe half way down the dune.

running through it today

awesome day for it

warm up, into exercises at the beach with bags full of sand :nod: :twisted: ...... 20mins all legs!

then jog back to a grassy area for a balance circuit 15mins

jog to next station:

then an upper body session on the playground equipment 15mins

jog to next station

and back to a lower body circuit 10mins flying fox to finish

cool down
