pretty good stuff. i found it more effective to use 2x capsules every 2 days.

Apparently the active ingredient is found naturally in the body, so only increases test by about 20%. Its not as powerful as stuff like gaspari novedex XT, but its a good test supporter. It makes your veins come to surface which i quite like.
