Satay chicken Pizza

smashed this up tonight.

Are you tired of being lean? do you look at all those swole-ass motherfuckers at the gym and wish you were like them - but no matter how much chicken and rice you eat, you just dont get any swoler??????

well, i have the solution you are looking for!

ingredients

1 onion

1 pepper

800g dough

watties java satay sauce bottle

2 chicken breasts, sliced thin.

cheese

sour cream to top 8)

1 - sear chicken bits in a hot pan, so outside is brown, inside is moist.

1a - sweat/fry off pepper and onion in a pan (dice them)set aside.

2 - roll out your dough to fit in an oven tray, 30x40cm (roughly)

3 - spread generous amount of satay sauce over dough.

4 - spread thin layer of grated cheese over satay sauce.

5 - lay chicken pieces over cheese evenly

6 - evenly distribute the pepper+onion mix over pizza

7 - bake at 180 till awesomeness.

8 - when out top with sour cream 4 extra swole.
