bro that's just ignorant! You need to give people something positive to focus on while they do their time.. look at the mix of races in that room, the camaraderie. Anything that lets a guy earn a little respect is not a bad thing.

It's supposed to be both but it seems to be pretty much just somewhere they make more contacts and learn to be better crims. Cos they have nothing else to do to occupy their time.

There is more going on there than the gym previleges. They must have access to a lot of food. And with that one guys comment that he is natural, one could also assume that some aren't.

Whatever is going on though, that is some awesome footage.

That's awesome.... love it great passion for the iron and to improve themselfs and a few off them are very strong its takes effort and time to achieve what they have so hats off to them... better than causing trouble inside and they have something to look forward too... I also hope it helps when they come out to get involved in a club and complete instead off getting back into bad ruts... everyone makes mistakes in there life some where though out it but the key not to repeat it 8) Good luck lads
