hi im an inter student from Indonesia just arrived in NZ. Im starting to have a meal plan for my days. Could you please edit and advise me whether this is good or not?

I now am 163/62 kg

Meal 1 : Weetbix 4 + 250 ml milk

Meal 2 : 2 Peanut Butter sandwich

Meal 3 : 350 gr chicken breast/rump steak

WO

Dinner : usually roast pork/beef/chicken about 200grm.

I know it's not clean enough and I look forward to hearing your advice. I'm aiming to be 63/65.
