Display Picture

This is probably a really stupid question but..

How do you get your DPs to be so small. I have one that I want to upload but it is 1.3mb and apparently the largest it can be is 39.9kb..

click in to the photo on yor computer then right click open it in paint or somethng... and just re size it down save it then see if it accepts it, thats how i done mine

Then for future reference, open it in Preview, the use the - button to reduce to thumbnail size, then take a small screen shot of it using Command+Shift+4
