creatine while getting lean

this thread came about beacuse i was wondering if the water retenton from creatine would stop me getting that nice ry clean look cut look which i am afeter and in as wondering if i took creatine if it would ther water retention make me whold water and i wouldnt lok as dry as ifd i nhad not taken creatine and just done a normal diet ??

why dont you just take creatine during cut, then when your getting near the end of the cut stop taking the creatine, therefore no bloat and maximum muscle gains...

Dont get to lean you might become transparent

whilst i have no real fear of being transparent myself i did once have a friend who was transparent.This came about when i was around 8 years old after seeing the movie 'predator' in which the 'predator' had the ability to become transparent.

At the time i thought this was a very cool idea and as i had always had trouble finding friends in school thought why not just have an imaginary friend who could be transparent so in a sort of way he would be real but no one would be able to see him.

Me and harry spent a great summer together, riding my bike up and down the street while harry would run alongside, building forts together out of blankets and mattresses and playing hide and seek (harry would always win the little rascal).

This was the best friendship i had ever had till one fateful day when harry told me to jump off the roof of my second story house, i still remember the feeling as i jumped and watched harry walk away and let me come crashing to the ground, i awake not long after in an ambulance with 2 broken ribs, a broken arm and bruising.

As i looked around that ambulance my faithful friend who had been by my side for the past summer was no longer there.

It was a very sad day indeed.
