Dieting for fat loss

Hi, I am about to set a fat loss & muscle maintainence goal. I estimate a drop of 10kg of fat and I will be ripped. I currently get away with 3400 clean calories per day to build muscle with minimal or no fat gain. I lift weights for 1hr followed by 40min cardio for five of the seven days of the week. I will keep my exercise level the same during the fat loss period.

How should I go about reducing my calorie intake?

What is a realistic timeframe to achieve a drop of 10kg?

Would reducing my 6 meals a day down to 3 or 4 in the name of comfort be a hinderence to my goals?
