Exertion headaches and migrains

Over the years I've got pretty good at sniffing out spammers, rovr4on! Their latest trick is to post reasonably innocent-looking comments, then come back a couple of weeks later and edit them to add the spam links. That way, the mods don't see them, but Google does.

There are a few clues though. In this case, first he says how helpful this topic is. Then he asks a very generic question about what it is. That immediately triggers warning bells - how could he have found it helpful then?

Look at the English - there's often something slightly odd about it. This time he's actually copied the entire topic title into his post - twice, and it's identical, including caps and typos.

So then I look at the IP he's connecting from - sure enough, Pakistan. Taiwan and India are also frequent culprits. Cheap labour, I guess.

Anyway, that's Spammer Identification 101. Now you know what causes my headaches - let's get back to the cause of Hazel's.

lol yeah the English and grammar is pretty obvious, interesting about the coming back and editing and posting spam though.

and yes im watching this thread intently to see what hazel's problem was as I have yet to go back to the gym after my shitty spinal tap, hoping when I return the headache doesn't also, so looking forward to that next week. You seen the neck Dr dude yet hazel? hows the foot? not broken I hope...maybe i'll look into the anti inflammatory also

a few months ago i all of a sudden started getting a really bad headache when i put my body under any kind of strain then after a few days i got a sore jaw and it turned out i was getting tension headaches from a wisdom tooth starting to come through.

I really really hope that this is not me!!. I'm terrified of having my wisdom teeth out after I saw what a friend of mine went through (jmax88).

Have just emailed a couple of neurologists to see what the average cost of this is. (expensive I bet).

pretty sure there are a lot worse things it could be than a wisdom tooth, id be hoping its something that simple! mine took 10 mins to get pulled, i didnt feel a thing and i think it cost me 300 or something close to that. i was amazed at how easy and painless it was. of course not everyone is so lucky, like your mate obviously wasnt..

Lucky bro I had mine removed a few years back, medical insurance covered it other wise I was looking at a couple of thousand. Mine were in the hardest 1% to remove. The put me under for a couple of hours. They must have been pretty rough cos my whole jaws was bruised purple. Bed ridden with pain or all doped up from the pain killers for a couple of weeks. The pain was so bad I was in tears and considering suicide. The worst 2 weeks of my life. Mind you the months and months of headaches and sore mouth worth it in the end.

Seeing a doctor tomorrow re my headaches etc and will let you know. Yea the antiinflammatorys worked a treat! no head pain at all during a 12km run.

The foot is in temporary cast. the ligament has pulled the bone apart so it's now attached to the half of bone that's lose in my foot. Possible surgery. but appointment at fracture clinic this week to confirm. Spectacular bruising on the part of my foot I can see!
