Hi all

Started 4 months ago at 88k/g doing 2 hours cardio a day. After 6 weeks down to 75k/g and started weights as follows

Day1 Back and shoulders

Lat pull down wide grip

Lat pull down close grip

Seated row

Chin ups

Barbell row

Partial dead lifts

Dumbell press

Dumbell half press

Front shoulder raise

Bent over reverse flys

Upright rows

Day3 Legs

45 degree leg press

Leg extension

Sitting leg curl

Lying leg curl

Calf raises

Crunchies

Day5 Chest and Arms

Bench press

Flat flys

Incline flys

Dumbell press

Dumbell half press

Eazibar curls

Dumbell hammer curls

Standing alternate dumbell curls

Dips

Overhead dumbell press

Rope pull downs

Close grip bench

Concentration curls

Have put on 2.5cm in arms and 5cm in chest with quite a bit of definition and sitting at 80k/g. Appear to be flat lining a little.

Taking Gaspari Real Mass, bBalance amino acids, glutamine, tribulis and creatine.

Not sure how much and when I should be taking in carbs.
