intra-wo drink...

some of my workouts go for 60-90mins... so im in the market for a great intra-wo drink/powder

there is extend, does this have 4-9%cho in it too?

all i could make my own

7.5%cho from raro and fruit juice

bcaa

water

some salt

also im about to throw in 20mins of LIT cardio after my weights session 2x a week.

should i have my pwo protein shake after weights and before cardio? or just when i finish it all?

thats why im thinking a intra-wo drink will definalty be needed on those days if im exercising for 80-100mins

whats ya thoughts?

if youve got the coin the size on max is definitley the go. been through 2 tubs and never fails me. the outlast carb matrix and the creatine keeps me going like nothing else, helps alot with the protien synthesis aswell. helped me pack on some decend size and get those extra reps out. wont attribute it all to the size on but it definitley helped. definitley reccomend giving it a go, but each to their own :D

not really keen on buying supps like size on. i already have dextrose,wpi,wpc,glutamine,creatine,jacked,daa,test freak etc etc

xtend and some dextrose may be the go. add dextrose until 8% cho. and a pinch or 2 of salt

if you have all that then why do u need anything else? u need to take two steps back and get some fresh air buddy thatll be good for u and be $0
