Intro - Gym rat or bodybuilder ?

Hi

I am training at the gym for less than 2 years. Results are just normal, a bit of muscle increase and not exactly a muscle bodybuilder.

Want to see some good results in the future and avoid supplement/workout pogram scam that can mess up my body.

Preference - find simple and effective workout plan for 12 weeks and change training style/goal every few month.

Training for LSD, long, slow , distance, not looking for quick results from taking drugs/supplements.

no training involved just dissolve tab under tongue. Sorted.
