Reg Parks 5x5 9 month plan? Thoughts?

Gday gday

Looking to you experts out there to give me a bit of a run down as to what you think about the workout regime below taken from Reg Parks 5x5 9 month bodybuilding plan. I have chosen to go straight to phase two as I have been lifting for about 4-5 months now and have utilised compound exercises as a primary part of my training. The below workout would be completed 3 times a week for 3 months.

Phase Two for Bodybuilders*

45-degree back extension 3-4x10

Front squat 5x5

Back squat 5x5

Bench press 5x5

Standing barbell shoulder press 5x5

High pull (upright row) 5x5

Deadlift 5x5

Standing barbell calf raise 5x25

The plan is defintely something a bit different and I am actually looking forward to the challenge of completing Front and Back squats on the same day!! Ive always been an overtrainer to a certain extent but am hoping that this programme will be something that works well with the right nutrition/rest periodization.

So what you fallas think?
