Yes its very good i've been using it for a few months now and have had more gains than other methods used over past 5 years. For something interesting do a search on youtube and watch some training vids of Dusty Hanshaw who is an advocate of DC Training - will give you a flavour for DC

I like DC Training and I like most of what Dante has to say about the subject. I've used this system in the past and have found it very effective. As bodybuilding-ish training goes, it's good stuff IMO.

The only thing I considered a real drawback was the impact on the joints. My rickety shoulders couldn't handle all the rest-paused super-high-intensity pressing work. You may find similar if you have hip or knee or ankle troubles. The system works, just be aware that it can be pretty brutal.

well... yea.. my main problem right now my right shoulder joint..i get a searing pain when benching to heavy...if i pull my elbows into my body instead of out parallel under the bar the pain is less but once i get it i gotta put the bar down....main principle as i can see is only one body part is worked for one excercise, with a good warm up and then only one all out max pause/rest set...ie chest...benchpress.....80x12....90x12...100x12....110x10...130x4...15sec pause 2x130....15 sec pause 2x130..this last pause rest set is then refered to as 8x130 rest/pause...then go and give the chest a really good stretching excercise...thats it for chest....time to go do shoulders...ie...seated overhead press..same thing....then triceps..then back width..then back thickness...next day off...next day quads, hams, calves bicep....next day off. Then you do the same as the first one, same body part but differant excercise..is flyes instead of bench for chest...you pick your fave 3 excercises per muscle and work through the weeks/routines alternating..ie..monday chest/bench....friday..chest/flye....tuesday..decline bench...this is how i read the starter routine anyway..i could be slightly off with my understanding of it...ok bored of typing now!
