thinking about buying some when i find some good reasonably priced ones for my lady-like forearms.

Just wondering how many sets/reps i should go for, and can i do them multiple times a week? Will prob do them at the end of my arm workout.

your forearms should grow a reasonable amount without any direct work. or you can throw in some rev wrist curls or wrist curls with bb or DB or cables. seated or standing too

or pinching 2 plates togther. loads of ways tho.

Grippers are all shit.

Get a sledge hammer and some 6 inch nails & leather wraps

Do some block and thick bar, spring clamps for your thumbs.

Bit of a naive statment GT?

Grippers have a role to play, but crushing strength doesn't always carry over to other types of grip strength.

However I agree re: training all forms of grip if you're a strength athlete or party trick grip man like yourself.
