Hey there this is my first ever post, and it looks like this is an awesome place to find some really good information.

Im 20 and just as i was getting serious at the gym last year, I moved and couldnt afford the gym anymore, and ive been going crazy. I now have a fulltime job and am heading back to the gym tomorrow night!

Basically just wanted to introduce myself, and look to find some good info from alot of you.

Welcome mate and all of the best on your journey.

What are your stats and goals?

SNZ

thanks man,

uh well im 20yr old male

6ft

86kgs

guessing bf% is around 14-16.

I want to gain some good mass and first of all get to around 90kilos by adding as much muscle as possible!

Now ive got to go make a workout schedule and make sure i work everything cause i know alot of people ignore the legs.

When i was training last year the part i struggled to get any progress on most was my chest, so going to look for some good workouts for that.

:D

Good shit mate. Starting out at pretty much the same stats as me.

Any ideas what sort of program or training style your going to look into?

There's a great tab called "Resources" up the top of your screen that I recommend everyone have a look in, has some great starting information.

yeah i looked at that stuff last year, im not TOO amatuer, i just havent been able to hit the gym for about 4 months now.

Well this time im going to do alot more compound exercises and build around those.squats, deadlifts, bench etc cause last year really didnt do enough of those.

I want to lose around 3-4%bf while still gaining muscle.... So how much cardio do you think i should incorporate into my workout?
