Whats the size of your arms...17 inches?

hahaha If it works so well why dont you try it with all bodypartss you would be able to do 1 week on and 3 off.

And i guess when training twice a month doesnt work you can just turn to synthol aye Samoan Fail? bhahahaha

Yeah have used it 3-4 years ago but nothing like the protocols you see online however.

Max I've done would 3ml each bicep head twice a week.

Got some significant size gains out of it...

Have been training / eating rather causually for the last 2 years and would say I've lost most of the size that was gained.

My recommendation would be to only use it when you're lean..

Oh and one more thing bro, 17.5" is pretty decent. Normaly passed a certain point of training experience the arms will just grow according to the rest of the body.

The general idea is for every inch on your arms you need to add around 4kg's of muscle to your frame. Not sure how heavy you are at the mo but say you are 95kg's, by the time you hit 105kg you should have 20 inch arms :nod:

Forget about the tape measure bro. I would focus on getting bigger and stronger. If you continue to increase your bench then your triceps will grow (and vice versa). And the some goes for other compound movements. To notice any really significant change in size you will need to increase your bodyweight. The PT's on here will disagree and this is their right.

I train 6 days a week - 1 day off.

4 of those days Im in there twice a day.

Does that sound like as little as possible to you boofhead?

If you wanna catch up for a train sometime, no problem.

I'd glady show you what workload is...

Different strokes for different folks.

I see no point isolating your arms every week when they are being hit hard on heavy compound excerises.

As for synthol, the only times I've used it is before a show.

Despite whether people like to admit it or not, its used alot here in NZ.

HIIT 3 times a week in the morning.

Your arms get hit very hard and heavy when you do your compound exercises so sometimes what they need is more recovery. The biggest problem with most guys is they over doing their volume. If a bodypart isn't responding then more is not always the answer. SM just gave an idea of one option for rectifying this problem.

Not a big fan of Jimjim saying samoans are typically lazy and have a bad work ethic.I imagine he was just trying to stir SM up and wasn't making a generic statement about all of us.

I say focus on form and quality of movement and intensity. Then try and bring your weights back up. Don't train arms if they are still sore from another workout and eat enough food for them to grow. And as for low arm volume and results, I have seen plenty of strong men and PLs over the years with very big arms who don't do any direct arm workout ever!

I agree, team synthol is no joke.

I would like to give some advise regarding arms, but feel I'm just too genetically blessed. Would be kind of like taking arm advise from Phil Heath, who only trains arms once a month. I guess me and synthol muscle are the same in that regard, so our advise isn't for everyone.

So anyway.... Training arms, what is the most gain you have experienced in a short period of time? 1" in 12 weeks ect

1" in One day

Its probably not the smartest routine but it actualy does work, a lot of it is to do with the inflamation that you get from overtraining the shit outa your arms in one day but inflamation in itself can (under the right conditions) contribute to hypertrophy. Try it once in a blue moon on a quiet sunday if you have nothing better to do :)
