I have done it for 5 weeks and have had awsome results. I have gained shitloads of strength. I did this just to see if the theory behind it works and i kinda ran out of ideas for training and also plateued for a long time. I had to to do something different so i did this.

All i can say is, if your diet is good and you stick with this training there is a chance you will se results. But as with all people, we are different and certain things will work and some wont.

I recon give it a shot. What have you got to lose.
