hey, I haven't posted anything in months and have been thinking about this topic for a while now..

I'm confused when it comes to milk.. I've been drinking anchor trim for years, but noticed that it's higher in sugar than the dark blue top. Even though that's higher in fat.. But good fat? I'm not sure.. And then there's the yellowtop which is low in fat and higher in calcium levels. And soy is a whole different story- my question is, what milk do people drink and what do people think is the best for fat loss/muscle definition and how bigger role does milk have on your body ?(drinking about 2 cups a day)

a litre a day? and only a small part of ur diet?

i beg to differ.... would add a lot to ur daily protein needs and a hit of cals

i have full cream blue milk. i like it better

used to nail 2ltrs a day, but prolly only having 200-350ml a day now
