high Blood pressure

has anyone experienced hypertension as a side? I'm particularly interested in sides with clen, but general aas use interests me too.

my BP was 148/92 last week, back to normal this week and just got me curious.

NOTE> no 'wannabe's allowed in this thread please. and by that i simply mean, WANNABJAKD - f*ck off.

I can shed light from my experiences with stims, aas and high blood pressure as a side effect but lets get an idea of your current situation...

What is your age, height, weight and level of fitness? Are you now on any AAS?

I'm 25, 94kg, 5'11, 19% BF. BP has come back to normal so that was just a once off. Am week 3 into 500mg Test cycle. Never had BP issues before.

I don't really do cardio apart from warmups but am thinking of incorporating this into week for heart health.

Get some good healthy cardio into your training and get the BF down under 15% and try keep it round there and you will do much better on gear and hold gains much more consistently when leaning up.

You will experience a short period of high blood pressure during the come-down period from Clen or any other stimulant like Ephedrine or Caffeine. With Ephedrine 4hrs after taking it, your blood pressure will fluctuate quite high for 45mins during the come-down. The same goes with different timing for the other stims.

Generally I find that Stims will elevate your BP reading by about 10 points but more so the diastolic value (thats the bottom one) as the heart does not rest as much between beats. AAS like Boldenone is particularly prone to increasing BP in some individuals. 148/92 is only very mild hypertension. Be aware that other factors than gear play a big part in BP - stress, exercise, alcohol, eating, temperature etc

I never had that problem, even when I was dosed over 1gram a week.

Never thought to check when I did clen years ago. I didn't seem to notice anything out of the ordinary, except the mapwork of veins

The only negatives I got from clen, was finishing the container and my supplier relocated.

Lol! What can you take to remedy that side?

Invest in a Digital BP monitor bro. worth it. Easy to track your BP with and mark it in you journal, thats if you are recording and tracking your progress while on gear...

Blood pressure fluctuates wildly from minute to minute simply due to movement, anxiety/stress state etc etc so get a digital one or take several readings throughout the day to be more accurate.

Don't have a freak out just because a one off reading put you <10 points over the normal range.

Get doing some cardio and drop some body fat like has been mentioned :) That will help also.
